Knollfest is all about fostering arts in the community through music and education. Proceeds from the festival are donated to art programs in IPS. We want to continue to make our community a cultural leader in the Midwest and showing enthusiasm and support for the arts is a perfect way to do it. We also showcase and support local artists, bands and students who are socially conscious of their communities.
Our goal is to raise money to support the music and art departments at Broad Ripple Magnet School for the Arts and Humanities and for Knollfest to be recognized not only as a fundraiser for Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS), but also as a venue where people can discover great bands with a professional sound and who are active in their communities. In 2008, the inaugural year of the festival, we had approximately 400 people attend the event. The attendees were comprised of Butler and surrounding area students, Butler Tarkington and Broad Ripple community members, active festival goers, and music and art lovers from mostly the Indianapolis area. In 2009, attendance rose to around 600 people and continues to rise. We are willing to work with your company to develop a sponsorship package which suits your budget and marketing needs.
Our beneficiary for this year is Coming Soon!
